Another (minor) Exercise milestone...

I made it through my complete running route without stopping once !

It may not be a long distance... but it is showing progress !
(and the first big hill is a killer). I was breathing REALLY hard which tells me that my aerobic capacity is not yet where it needs to be (or I am carrying too much weight up the hills).

And as long as you are moving forward, you are improving!
