[If you know where the weight went ... don't tell me. I don't want it back. Personally, I think it is either with the socks that are lost in the dryer or the Bermuda triangle.]
Even better news is that my percent body fat has gone down by 5%. Combining both data points and it turns out I gained about 11 lbs. of muscle while losing 17 lbs. of fat!
Of course I still have a long way to go...
... It sure is nice to see some progress!
